Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@coastaldecorbydani.com. Please do not send an item back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization and instructions.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for arranging return shipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or return at no additional cost to you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products, special orders, personalized items, and gift cards.

We also cannot accept returns of items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the original item according to this policy and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, where applicable by law.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
